Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping Costs

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our cleaning products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
